Chair is just what we ordered customer service and delivery were great.
It was wonderful working witg Dymar and Sam these last few days. Dymar was kind enough to put me on hold and look for a certain color fabric I was searching for and Sam was not only bringing her expertise as a decorator, but also presenting with clear, helpful advice and guidance. Sam was very personable and so easy to confer with overextending her time through a home visit and several texts. This was my first time shopping at La-Z Boy for a recliner chair for my disabled husband. My friend and I were greeted immediately and assisted by the store manager, who was knowledgeable and personable. No pressure, rather he was attentive and very helpful. Nice selection of electric recliners. I really liked the cordless remote and chair with lumbar support. Ended up buying chair and glad I did.
