Jonathen was knowledgeable, friendly and incredibly helpful in providing me with options for my new recliner. In the end, we found the perfect one. My only "issue" was the lack of variety in shades of color for the faux leather options. Other than that, my experience with Jonathen/LazBoy so far has been fabulous.
