Beautiful Chairs La-z-boy Gallery has more recliners than I ever knew existed. If you're serious about purchasing a chair, you'll find it here. They offer the sales that you hear about on television. It is located next to other furniture and rug stores so you can get a lot of shopping done in one stop, if you are redecorating. Even if you don't want to buy here you can get an idea of what may be available at other stores with lazyboy chairs.
Not Your Dad's Old Recliner Anymore I've had my La-Z-Boy for over 20 years and it is still my favorite chair. Stop thinking duct-taped recliner ala "Frazier" and check out the new styles that La-Z-Boy has to offer. Very hip and modern and collection by Todd Oldham. I've been in the store scoping out my next chair, but I hate to part with the one I have know. The store's staff is very helpful and friendly. I was pleasantly surprised! I was always under the impression that this furniture store had very expensive prices. I visited the store and found out that the prices are comparable to any other store around. I was pleasantly surprised , and now I know that there is another furniture store to check at before buying. They had a beautiful entertainment center for only $350. PROS: nice furniture CONS: none
Nice and friendly Compare to other furniture store, I like them the best. Their employees are very friendly and helpful. Even though, I have to wait two months for my couch. It is all worth of the wait. Very happy and satisfied with their service. They also have a lot of choices of fabrics, materials. Check it out. You will like it.
They have done great The customer care here is really great. I've called here for follow-up on the warranty and they are so accommodating. They have done great.
it is not surprise they are going out of business I bought a couch from them and one of the cushions was upgraded so they provided the other two upgraded cushions which was great but then the middle cushion was too small so they said that they would order the middle cushion. They said it would take up to 4 weeks to get it. So after 4 weeks I called and the woman said that it would take up to 4 weeks to get it. I told her it was already 4 weeks and she rudely said that they would call me when it came in. They never called so ... read more
Saleswoman Completely Incompetent and Not Helpful! Keep in mind that La-Z-Boy does not endorse the furniture protection. This is a money making scheme for the local store and salesperson. The saleswoman my wife spoke to would say anything to sell what they had on the floor that has the furniture protection on it to make the extra money. I wouldn't buy anything from their floor anyway after tons of people have been sitting in them. The furniture protection is not needed. If it was, then La-Z-Boy would endorse it! Poor business practices. I bought two tables. I paid for them at the time. 1 was there so I brought it home. The other one was in Houston. The Vice President, who commutes, was supposed to bring it to the store for me to pick up. The office manager made all of the arrangements - including 2 phone calls to make sure that they had the table and a second call to make sure that there was no damage to it since it was on sale.
