First and foremost Lazyboy is far and away the best recliner on the market. The staff at the Scarborough store were wonderful to work with. They were very efficient, polite, and respectful. While Doing the paperwork they planned ahead and had my chair ready to be loaded before it completed. I highly recommend doing business with them.
Ordered two chairs and a loveseat in early February. Got a call two months later that the wrong fabric came in on the chairs and then they had ordered me a sofa when I continually throughout my conversation with the sales person to I needed something short in length. They had to resubmit my order so when it finally arrived five months later everything was correct except the recliner levers would not move with out extreme effort.
