My husband and I had purchased a recliner and a wall picture in June 2025. The chair and picture were delivered on August 21,2025. The color of the frame was lighter than what we saw on the computer at the store. I stopped by today August 28,2025 to see about returning it and possibly getting a different one but was told it was over 3 days and since it was a special order I couldn’t return it or get a refund. Derrick was very helpful. He listened to our needs and showed us the chairs that best met those needs. We got what we wanted at a good price.
Lazyboy, Derrick Jones, East Colonial Dr, Orlando. You could not ask for better Customer Service and Product Knowledge. Lazyboy Recliners in my opinion is the best.
