Have to say my salesman Was just amazing, Rob Janofsky. He was at the La-Z-Boy store at E. Colonial Dr. near Alfaya in Orlando, Florida. I was in a hurry because my mom had fallen and needed one like right away. He showed me just what I was looking for and he took pictures of me sitting in the chair to send to my mom on her phone. Ben, our sales person was great! He knows the Lazyboy product line and did not pressure us into a sale. As a result we ended up buying two matching recliners from him. Thanks Ben for helping us choose the right recliners that meets our needs and not the most expensive ones to make more money!
Josh was wonderful in helping me decide which recliner was good for me. His detailed knowledge of the product was impressive. He made me feel so comfortable at Lazy Boy so I felt I made a very good decision in what I bought. Josh is definitely an asset to your company.
