Got a new recliner at Lazy-Boy. Was a very good experience from start to finish. Carlene Robinson was so helpful in making sure we picked the right recliner. She was so professional and we knew we were in good hands. Lazy Boy is lucky to have her. Well done Carlene👍
We purchased an expensive condo size sofa. It looks good but it's the most uncomfortable sofa we've ever sat on. It's called the Kennedy apartment size sofa. You slide off the cushions towards the floor. I don't even sit on it and it's brand new. Big mistake.
We had a first rate experience at the Barrie store, having been assisted by Leonardo. We had some general ideas what we wanted.after further discussion he guided us in the correct direction and we settled on two recliners we are very happy with. The store has a wide variety to choose from but Leonardo stopped it from being overwhelming and instead a pleasure to choose.
Right from the doorway, I knew it was going to be great. No one ambushed us for commission. Mr. Day calmly approached us with a friendly face and said I can help you, if you need help. Mo pressure just welcoming. I had done some research, but still wanted some expert advise. Mr. Day was the guy for us. Leonard Del Duca met us very pleasantly soon after we entered the store . We told him what we were thinking about and he took us directly to the chair that suited me perfectly. I up to then never realized that these chairs are designed for different body types. I tried several different styles but with absolutely no pressure kept coming back to the first chair.
