Bought a Lazy-Boy recliner a little less then 2 years ago from this store. All was fine and was perfectly happy until a couple months ago when the arm cushion came detached and slid down into the fabric leaving only the hard frame for arm support. Given it was over 1 yr the warranty was gone but I had purchased the insurance that proved to be useless. The insurance company said it counted as foam issues which they don't cover. We went in for a new recliner and were very pleased with the help we received from Nishtha.
Nishtha was verry knowledgible and extremely helpful in helping us decide which chair was our best choice for our needs. We look forward to using our chair, Thank you Nishta for all of your help.
Not sure how this store even exists anymore stepping back in here really felt like I was stepping back 30 years. I feel this brand needs a major upgrade. All furniture looked super dated.
