I felt pressed into getting a couch I didn't want. This is a terrible store, the furniture is nice but the staff is awful including the Manager. After being pressured in you buying $5300 couch I didn't want, it did not fit into my apartment. The manager offered me an option to remove the the arms at and additional charge of $500 dollars. With regret, I agreed to the charge. I received the link to pay the additional charge only to find out it was actually $565, which I refused to pay the extra $65. I originally posted about the customer service because when we bought the furniture it was great service! However I’m now changing my review, not quite two years and our recliners are squeaking, and clunking!!! And our sofa sinks in !! We paid for the extended warranty , had a guy come out a few months ago and said he can’t help us!!! And since then the problem is worse!!
