Not sure how this store even exists anymore stepping back in here really felt like I was stepping back 30 years. I feel this brand needs a major upgrade. All furniture looked super dated.

I recently purchased a swivel, rocker recliner from the Burlington La-Z-Boy store. I found it somewhat overwhelming to choose a chair from the many types and models offered. Both Nishtha and the store manager were great in guiding me through the selection process and helping me reach my soon-to-be “comfy” chair. I would strongly recommend visiting the Burlington store if you are in the market for a quality chair or sofa.

I felt pressed into getting a couch I didn't want. This is a terrible store, the furniture is nice but the staff is awful including the Manager. After being pressured in you buying $5300 couch I didn't want, it did not fit into my apartment. The manager offered me an option to remove the the arms at and additional charge of $500 dollars. With regret, I agreed to the charge. I received the link to pay the additional charge only to find out it was actually $565, which I refused to pay the extra $65.
