BUYER BEWARE, Updating again and wish I could give negative stars. We are keeping the carpet as we don't want to give them anymore $$. We will put it in our unfinished basement where it belongs. And of course, more delays as they didn't order our ottomans. Now they won't be arriving until mid March. Shame on Lazyboy. Again buy anywhere else except here. We bought a few pieces of furniture here, couch, chairs, coffee and end tables and a rug. We're very happy with everything we ordered. We've only had it a few days but, quality is very good, we expect it will last. Delivery was outstanding, they were very professional. I highly recommend the salesperson Lana. From the moment I arrived she was friendly and incredibly helpful. Zero pressure, she took the time to listen to what I wanted and then showed me around the store. Start to finish she made it easy, thanks Lana!
