Karaan and Shauna at Lazy Boy were very professional, took time with us, answered all our questions, did not rush us and overall service was excellent. Lazy Boy is the place to go for furniture and service.
Over a couple of visits to the store, Iryna helped us choose and purchase a reclining sofa. Throughout the process she was friendly, professional, knowledgeable and patient.
