We had a great experience at the La-Z-Boy location in Whitby recently. Iryna was extremely helpful and very patient while we took our time deciding on our chairs, visiting the store several times over three days. She took the time to make suggestions and explain different aspects of the chairs to us. We appreciated her guidance and the relaxed, no-pressure help while we figured out what worked best for us.

We purchased a new Cade Sofa form this location last week (can’t wait for it to arrive). We went there on a mission we knew what we wanted and had a list of potential colours to look at. While you can purchase online, it is impossible to tell the actual colour by looking at it online. We warned with Karandeep Arora who happily ran around getting swatches that I was looking for or compatible ones and his suggestions.
