It was a pleasure to deal with Sandra Middleton, she truly cared about our satisfaction with our choice of recliner. Sandra is not a high pressure sales person, and she spent 2 hours with us going through the store trying every variation of recliner, and explaining the different features, and ensuring we were totally comfortable with our final choice. The side chats about things other than furniture made the time fly by, and we feel very comfortable with our choice. We would definitely ask for Sandra’s assistance again.

Our initial disappointment with receiving damaged nesting coffee tables changed to satisfaction. Brian Primeau was top notch and we left the store satisfied with his great customer service!
