Purchased a sofa, loveseat and ottoman. Iryna was our salesperson and was extremely helpful and knowledgeable on the products we were looking at, and spent a lot of time with us through the process.
***Buyer Beware*** Your feet will touch the floor in show room rockers allowing you to use your feet to rock the chair… obviously so I thought When I received my two rocker recliners they lean way too far back and my feet are 7 inches off the ground. Excellent people. Iryna, our sales consultant, was very professional and made us feel completely at ease. She brought in Shauna, their professional design consultant when we had some difficulty choosing colours. As we have some very tight areas to navigate in our house, they reviewed our floor plans. We have not received our furniture yet so we can't comment on that but all-in-all we are very satisfied clients.
