Good service but didnt think I would have to make a warranty claim after only 2 months! Thought I was buying a quality product...hence the price tag! Couch is lacking padding and the mechanisms sound lkke they're 20 years old! It rattles and is not very comfortable! Sara my salesperson was very friendly though.

Irina was my sales consultant & she did a fantastic job explaining all the different features of the chair I wanted to purchase. She knew what my needs were after we chatted for a bit and before I knew it I had my new chair all picked out and ordered. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this store for great quality and exceptional service.

She was very patient and with her help we purchased a dual leather recliner chair.perfect for our home I will not hesitate to refer her for anyone looking to buy lazy boy products
I arrived in lazyboy and before I got 10steps Iryna Garshyna offered me assistance. She showed me what I was looking for which was recliner chair. Every chair I sat on she told me what the chair has in style, material and price.I started wanting a recliner with no rocker and I ended getting recliner/rocker and motorized.
