Our experience with La-Z-Boy Furniture Galleries was unbelievably frustrating from start to finish. What should have been an exciting furniture purchase turned into a complete mess caused entirely by poor communication, careless errors, and terrible customer service. They can sell you the couch but once it’s delivered they don’t care about you. Hundreds of dollars spent on extended warranty’s only to be told they don’t honour those warranties anymore cause they changed companies. Very disappointed seeing as the only reason I went to Lazyboy was because of their reputation.
