Impressive!!! From Leah, our sales representative to the delivery crew, we've never been treated so well. With both of us suffering with back injuries, we feel this is not simply a piece of furniture, it's an investment. We very strongly recommend you see Leah at the kingston location. I had the pleasure of meeting sales agent Karen Last. Karen was super helpful, knowledgeable and very, very accommodating. Karen helped me pick the perfect chair for my husband needs. Karen explained every detail of the chair and helped me decide with no pressure. The manager was also very, very helpful, understanding and accommodating. That was my first experience with Lazy Boy and I will definitely be a return customer when they have such great customer service!!!!! I would highly recommend visiting the store.
Ray was welcoming and listened to my needs for a chair for my mother. He made some suggestions and took time to explain the features of each chair I was interested in as well as advice. I feel very confident in this purchase.
Very disappointing, leather peeled and faded after 1 year, foam went flat and saggy after 6 months, poor customer service and low quality for an extremely high price. I would never recommend La-z-boy. Even though we paid for the extended warranty, they said it would cost $2700.00 to replace the couch even with the warranty, and them admitting it was poor quality leather and completely their fault. Go to a Canadian business and get quality furniture.
Leah is a wonderful person. She listened to us and walked us to the best solution for us. Make us feel valued and not just a sale. Would highly recommend her for your furniture purchase.
