We popped in to see if we could find a small storage cabinet. Bob Chapman introduced himself right away and showed us a few cabinets and then we mentioned we were removing into a new place that was smaller and he showed us at the most amazing dining room table that has ends that fold under so it can be smaller or larger for bigger groups. We just purchased a new sectional sofa and recliner (April 2025). Our sales representative, Nawal, was very friendly and provided excellent, knowledgeable service.
We had to replace our leather sectional and decided on La-Z-Boy due to its reputation for quality and design. We went to this location and spent time with Elly, who was very helpful and greatly assisted us in choosing the best model, color, and configuration. We had to wait nearly 12 weeks for delivery but it was worth the wait. We've now had our La-Z-Boy sectional and it is standing up to everyday use, which is substantial (we love to binge watch Netflix). Qualities have gone way down. A sofa began to sag within 3 years. The extended warrantys are a horrible waste of money!! Sales guy, hard sold me on the warranty. But a repair of what was told to he covered, was quoted atleast $160 to have a guy come take a look, and then may or may not be covered. In addition to a possible $160 for bringing any repairs back, plus parts if not covered.
