I purchased two leather chairs a couple of years ago for $1,400.00. I also purchased a five year warranty. The chairs look like they are 30 years old!! The warranty company came and said that it is normal wear and tear. I have a leather sofa (purchased somewhere else) that is 10 years old and still looks like new! I called the manager at the store two times and sent an email but never got a response. I went to the store and talked to the manager who was very rude!!
