I love Lazy Boy furniture, but I feel like we were purposely cheated on our last visit. We purchased a couch on sale during the store "renovation" sale. My husband and I clearly heard the sales associate say that we'd get free delivery. When I got home, I looked closely at the receipt and saw a $99.99 charge for delivery. I called the store multiple times, and when I finally got a live human, he promised to have the sales associate call me. That never happened, so I am out $100. I feel that this was an out and out lie.
