I ordered a leather sectional from the Lexington KY La-Z-Boy store on September 25th and it was delivered 6 months later on March 30th. I reported that it was damaged the day it was delivered. My salesperson told me to contact the La-Z-Boy comfort care number and they would arrange to have it fixed. It is now 40 days later and no one has scheduled a time to fix it. I cannot express strongly enough how terrible this location is. The sales people are trash managers are trash and the customer support is trash. I purchased a one and a half recliner back in March and have been given the runaround since then. Every couple months I'm cold I can expect it soon. The kicker is when I attempted to cancel my order and for weeks now, whenever I call there is no one in the store who can process a refund. Ordered sofa October 16, 2020, it's still not here (Jan 31, 2021), called to check on it and they did it won't be ready until MAY, 2021. You can build a house in that amount of time. Do not do business with this company unless you are willing to wait 7 months for a piece of furniture.
Bought two leather recliners from this Clearwater store for over $4,000. When the delivery men put the chairs together and positioned them, they marred my beautiful wood floors. Afterwards, they left the new chairs wrappings in the elevator. Luckily, my husband went down to check and was able to cleannup after them. When I called the store, they denied my claim saying their delivery men could not have done the damage. Hi , My name is Tony and I visited Lazy Boy today with a friend of mine to look for a recliner. We were approached by Wade who showed us at least 10 different recliners to choose from. We spent over an hour and a half with Wade until my friend decided on the right recliner. I just wanted to say kudos to Wade . Thought I was getting a great couch but 4 months later the springs went sideways and the material on the couch looks like it is 100 years old. They came out and said the springs were fine under their standards and I should buy a sweater shaver! Please!!! this is unacceptable and they promised they had a great warranty...good for a year. BEWARE DON'T SPEND YOUR MONEY AT LA-Z-BOY!!!
I recently purchased a love seat and couch and it was a very pleasant experience. The sales person was a wonder. He (Rod Phillips) did a great job leading us thru the myriad of choices available. He concentrated on making sure our purchase met our needs and did not try to simply up selll us. I would definitely recommend this store and Rod.
Do not buy from this company. They are Not a corporate store. Corporate will not take care of your needs if you buy from These guys. I bought a chair. And noticed the stitching was nasty with budges and they told me that there was an acceptable amount of nasty to the manufacturering process. I pay them a Him price for high quality. And what I got wasn't high quality. When you don't pay their delivery fee you have to bring all your defective furniture back and forth to them in your own vehicle or they will NOT fix it for you.... read more
