If you are shopping for a recliner do not go to the store on Alysheba in Lexington Ky. Very little to choose from in the store so we ordered one from the manufacturer the first week of January 2025. After waiting nearly 8 weeks I was told the chair was in the distribution center but would not be delivered for another 3 weeks and was given a delivery date. I was so disappointed with Lazy Boy. In all their sites they are saying they custom build your recliners the way you want them. That is not the case. I was wanting to have a recliner that doesn’t rock, have a cup holder, usb ports ,and message, and fit my 6’3” height. . So I went to the store at 8005 N. Dale Mabry. The recliner he was pushing to sell me rocked, had a cup holder, but why have a cup holder on a rocker. When you get up the drink would spill because of the rocking. We bought 2 recliners from Lazy Boy and it arrived 12 weeks early, which I thought would be a good thing. The $1,600.00 recliners are crap. I have had to have Acupuncture 3 times to relieve the pain in my back and neck...so far. My fiancés neck is killing here and it's tingling. The chairs are very poorly made and we went back to the store to get our money back. We were told if we didn't line them, they would have to be notified within 3 days. I'm retired from Lazboy. Visited the Timonium store. Store Manager Jeff . Sales Theresa and Ida were a delight. Warm friendly helpful knowledgeable 5stars. Store showroom is beautiful. I will recommend Family and Friends. Also additional staff came to great me. Lovely

Very disapointed in Lazyboy for the second timeI have bought Lazyboy sofas and chairs and recliners for several years in Lexington Ky.,,never had this to happen before this time,,Very disapointed,,,,bought a sofa and chair a couple yrs ago and the first one was the wrong color acordingto the color swatch,,had to return and reorder,,then picked out a color wine,,and when I was checking the materisl warantee on line,,because it was changing colors where I sit,like darker faded place.,and found out they didnt put the wine mater... read more

Yes I bought a Machenzie sofa back a couple years ago ,,I had a cover put on it extra and paid 3 or 4 hundred dollars more for it,,it was suppose to be wine,,but checking on line I found they put sangaia color material on it,,I paid for the wine and the material has started to wear ugly,,and I am very displeased with it,,I am the only one that hardly ever uses the sofa,,and the place where I sit looks faded,,They put a coudary like material on it,,and it isnt the material I ordered,,I was checking on the warantee to see abou... read more

While our purchase was at the Redding store they are now all owned by the same person. We purchased 2 new recliners a week before Xmas. When they were delivered on 1-27-23, both were defective. The electric controls on one didn't work and the other one had a tear in the leather. We refused delivery of both. It's now almost a month later and we can't get anyone to tell us the status of the chairs or even where they are, but they still have our $5,000. I ordered a leather sectional from the Lexington KY La-Z-Boy store on September 25th and it was delivered 6 months later on March 30th. I reported that it was damaged the day it was delivered. My salesperson told me to contact the La-Z-Boy comfort care number and they would arrange to have it fixed. It is now 40 days later and no one has scheduled a time to fix it. I cannot express strongly enough how terrible this location is. The sales people are trash managers are trash and the customer support is trash. I purchased a one and a half recliner back in March and have been given the runaround since then. Every couple months I'm cold I can expect it soon. The kicker is when I attempted to cancel my order and for weeks now, whenever I call there is no one in the store who can process a refund.
