When we experienced a problem with our order (an issue with the warehouse), Kevin, the store manager, worked hard to make sure the issue was resolved fairly. In a world where the consumer is often left to fend for themselves, Kevin went the extra mile to make sure we were taken care of and satisfied.
We had bought the top of the line from this store 10 years ago. The leather was supposed to be colored all the way through to not show scratches. It was not and lazy boy would not back their guarantee. Fast forward today and we went just to see. Told the salesman/manager our story and he preceded to tells how lazy boy LIED to all its customers back then, yea he admitted it. That left us with a good feeling. Are they still lying? I’ll never know, no second chances here.
Great selection, friendly staff, modern store. Dan sized me up and sped me what he thought I’d like and after trying out about 10 different chairs,I picked the one that fit me the best. Great experience.
