We made two initial visits browsing for furniture at Lay Z Boy. The sales person Kat, who we spoke with at both visits was very pleasant, showing us many different styles in family room furniture. She was glad to answer our questions and was never pushy for a sale. We had the designer come to our house. She's very thoughtful to our needs and preferences. She's also precise in all measurements. Later we went to the store to see her computer drawings. She took her time and is a pleasure to work with!
We redid our entire living room with the help of our salesman, Jeff, and our designer, Larissa.
