On August 21, we made the pilgrimage to Harrisburg to check out recliner options at the La-Z-Boy furniture gallery there. We were greeted by store manager, Chris Gandy, who invited us to try them out to see which ones appealed to us. After that, he attentively and professionally took us through the ordering process.
