My person who helped me, Kay Pomroy, at the Jonestown road store, was fabulous. Patience, knowledge professionalism, was amazing I would recommend lazy boy store to anyone looking for furniture in any of their living rooms. I need any more furniture, I definitely would go back to that store. Service was fabulous. Quality furniture. 100% satisfied.
Sales persons were very helpful. Delivery people were very careful carrying the chair upstairs. Very courteous sales staff and delivery crew. My last Lazy Boy recliner lasted 28 years. Well built furniture.
Sales staff is friendly and helpful. However, the chairs you try in the store are far more comfortable than the creaky and uncomfortably overstuffed junk that will be delivered. There are far better chairs at more reasonable prices out there. La-Z-Boy may once have been a great brand, but they are a waste of your good money now. Avoid the overpriced backache and shop elsewhere.
