I placed an order direct with Lazyboy online. I was subsequently contacted by this store's general sales manager as local representation. He sold me on going through his store for the order. The order was cancelled nationally and re entered through his location. During the conversation when he sold me, I indicated that I needed the chair asap because of upcoming surgery.
