Great customer service and a great variety of furniture and upholstery choices. Can't wait to get my new chair and ottoman
Had a great experience with Juliet Duran in the Design Department. She came out, did measurements, and drafted up a design. We made a couple adjustments and settled on a final design I was happy with. Good conversations and laughter. I highly recommend Juliet if you’re uncertain like I was. Also, the design service was free. Can’t beat that!
Heather Sellers was amazing. I custom ordered a chair after visiting the La-Z-Boy store in LONE TREE my sales person there whose name was Will did not like to return phone calls and apparently didn’t need the Sale. Called on several occasions and never got a cone phone call back so I found a different salesman at a different store who took an order for me. I can hardly wait to get my chair.
Did some online shopping for a push back recliner. Found the perfect recliner at LA-Z-Boy. Stopped in and purchased the recliner and found it on sale and In stock... PERFECT!! Pricing with the discount was great. Just waiting for it to be delivered and will come back with an updated review.
