I ordered a custom chair months ago for Father’s Day and it arrived in the right fabric, right design and is perfect. Payment online and scheduled delivery was easy. Delivery set up and a quick “training” was simple and white glove.
Juliet and Alex were awesome! Alex knew so much and helped us sort through options based on what we wanted. We didn't feel pressured to get certain things at all and we were happy to work with him. Juliet came to our house for a free design consultation and she mocked up a 3D image which was so helpful to see what the space would actually look like. At the end of the day we felt super confident in purchasing our pieces.
After having done research and shopped several stores, I came to find a small swivel recliner. Kathleen showed me the many options of the recliners and I purchased one. She also helped me decide on the fabric.
