None of what went wrong was this store's fault, they did their best. Lazy boy itself is inexcusably bad. We were promised furniture in 6-8 weeks. Seven months later we had all three pieces we ordered. There is no communication between the store and the manufacturer, they did not have the pieces to build what we ordered, but the store didn't know that. Consider shopping somewhere else with better customer service and more reasonable exchange policies. It is also very tacky of their third-party delivery service to brag about getting furniture at cost. This was my first and last time shopping at La z Boy. Don't spend your hard-earned money here.
