Excellent service from the moment we walked in the door. The couches we received were extremely high quality, and we felt like we got a good price on them. (Just be prepared to wait 6-8 weeks for manufacturing as much of it is made to order. Well worth it in my opinion as it’s exactly what we wanted) Will definitely shop here again.
We found a nice chair, and salesman was courteous and efficient. He told us it would take 8-12 weeks for the chair. We waited 12 weeks, and had no word, so I called. The saleswoman on the phone was very nice and offered to look into the status of our purchase. She found out there had been a delay in the leather and that the chair would take another 4 weeks. Knowledgeable and helpful service. Charley was awesome. Smooth process from start to finish.
This chair is not good. Pieces have snapped off but before the pieces snapped off, it wouldn’t properly recline. Now it will recline but will sometimes mess up and instead of reclined it just rocks. Would I recommend this former good recliners? No, no longer. They fail immediately after you take possession.
