Chris and Haley were great to work with. They met our needs and helped us considerably. We were very disappointed in our previous Lazy Boy purchase and design consultant six years ago, but this experience restored our faith in Lazy Boy at this location.
We really enjoyed our shopping experience at La-Z_Boy Furniture! I also want to give a shout out to the delivery guys.
Our delivery team, Fernando and Bayardo were early, which was nice. They were very pleasant and professional when demonstrating the chairs. I have always been a Lazyboy man because of the quality of the chairs. I call them the Cadillac of recliners. The service is just as good thanks guys. Dan Maples
I had a wonderful experience while visiting La-Z-Boy a week ago. I was looking for a loveseat and a rocking recliner for my move into a much smaller place. I found the items I wanted on sale and they will be delivered in two days. The representative spent a great deal of time with me as I searched for comfort and within a price range. I’ve bought from this store before and was happy with that purchase and the reason I returned to purchase again!
Both Jared and Chris were professional and personable. They answered all our questions; explained what seemed confusing to us, and were very accommodating with our delivery scheduling concerns. They're quite possibly two of the best salespersons with whom we've been privileged to conduct business.
