Purchased sectional a year ago - couch cushions were harder than the one in store - delivery people forgot to put on all the supports and feet so within a month the frame bent and recliner ends were crooked - lay z boy is replacing the end pieces that were bent but we don’t want the same couch now because it was so uncomfortable- so ordering a new model but having to pay more money for the new couch and will have pieces that are unusable of the old couch that we paid for - disappointed in overall experience for the cost and ... read more

When I first met my salesman, I told him I wanted three things, comfortable, sporty looking and comfortable again lol. I ended up with a chair I love.
