After one year, spending $4000 on a loveseat, the cushion padding’s have sank and become uncomfortable to sit in. It’s been three years I use extra cushions. I found my warranty information thinking a good product would have a good warranty. The warranty is for one year. So sad for me, but like several other brands, lazy boy has lost it.
We had a great experience at Lazy-boy furniture. We even had to make an exchange and it was super easy. Quality furniture compared to the big local furniture stores.
