Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever received. We purchased two recliners and were told it would be 12 weeks until they arrived. 10 days short of 5 months the entire transaction was completed. They never initiated any contact to keep us informed on delays. When we contacted them, it was always the next day before they gave us an answer. Finally they called with a delivery date. I visited the Mobile Airport blvd store to purchase a recliner.I was in the store for over 30 minutes trying out chairs and waiting for a salesperson to help me.The store had about 3 customers and the sales people were mostly just having casual conversations and completely ignoring me.I tried several times to get someones attention but they would just walk by me.I left the store upset vowing to never return.I from now on will spend my money somewhere else.
