James H was super helpful, knowledgeable and competent. We had a great shopping/ordering experience.
The store is set up beautifully. Very friendly greeting when I walked in. James was wonderful at showing me options when I Described what I was looking for! I was able to make a selection and purchase the chair was looking for with in 25 minutes!
I did tremendous research by going to five different furniture stores for a lift recliner chair for my Uncle in home hospice, and the quality of La-Z-Boy, in addition to the customer service and product knowledge of Lana was impeccable, very happy with our purchase.
Ok, I asked Alex for a recliner the has a swivel , he shows me the side where all the recliner were, he said they can add the swivel to any recliner... I just could not decide..Alex left and never came back...my grandkids were with me as we were walking out and told me they found a recliner with a swivel and it was on sale, I saw it it and called Alex, I did buy it because the quality, the price was ok because it was the last model to sell...thank you
