Great service initially. Sales team was not pushy but were ready to help when we asked and called to tell us our order was "pulled" and ready for pick up. The issue was the program that notifies the warehouse did not capture the changed pick up date and we waited an hour to be told the item wasn't pulled; forcing us to drive a home empty handed and having to make another trip to Anchorage on another day for our purchase.
Great service and quality products. We were guided through choosing our furniture to find the right fit and fabric. The sales people kept us up to date on the shipping status of our delivery. Couldn't have asked for a better experience.
Lana was very Professional ! She took the time to let look around with no pressure. I had a few follow up questions after leaving the store so I emailed her. Quick response was refreshing.
