Dwayne from parts is awesome. He knew exactly what I needed without messing around, I got what parts I came for and was out the door fast. You don’t find that kind of customer service at all these days. I’m a world we’re everyone defers and does what they can to hold you up and make it someone else’s problem. I can really appreciate an employee like Dwayne. As long as Dwayne works there I’ll keep buying La-Z-Boy

I recently purchased a recliner from this La-Z-Boy store. After about 12 months of light use one of the seams had begun to sperate. This chair was supposed to be backed by a 10 year extended warranty program which La-Z-Boy is not honoring. I have spent weeks trying to get this repaired under warranty with no luck. La-Z-Boy Canada uses a third-party company to handle their warranty claims and they look for loopholes, so they do not have to back their warranty promise. DISAPPOINTING to find out that their designer will not come to help you with the finishing. They only are available to sell you more product before delivery I purchased 4 chairs from them and wanted help with their arrangement and what other ideas they might have to finish off my living room area No help with paint suggestions, end/coffee table, blinds, carpet I waited 6 months for delivery ( yes, partially due to COVID) but I was waiting for the rest of my renovations to be complete and delivery of the chairs before inquiri... read more
