I waited 5mths for my expensive lounge. Only to find the seats did not have enough padding. Laz boy did attempt to fix the problem but not to my satisfaction it is very uncomfortable. I would never recommend to buy this brand.

Bloody fantastic light weight but sturdy. There driver from Tcs Transport was upselling them like no tomorrow as well

We spent 3k on a electric rocking recliner to help with nursing our baby. One week after we received the chair it started squeaking terribly. I contacted lazy boy and had to provide a video of the squeak and email it through. 3 weeks after that they sent someone to look at the chair, he said it is an extremely common issue with the chair, he spent 30mins trying to fix it. Spent BIG money on a lounge suite for a holiday house that had sporadic use (50 days per year) and nil during COVID. Used all of the fabric care supplied. 6 years later the reseller acknowledges that there was a problem with that faux leather batch but refuses to act. This suite is only 6 years old and is now peeling. We have another 30 year old Australian made leather lounge still as good as the day of manufacture. Will never buy again and unfortunately could not give a zero star review.
