I’ll never buy from them again. Bought a recliner but always thought the releasing spring mechanism was too sudden. My persistent concerns with store and HQ were dismissed as being the result of my flooring (concrete) amplifying the noise of the spring action. I hardly used the chair after that. A few years later the wooden sub-frame surrounding the mechanism broke in half. Being a lifetime warranty a serviceman came out to replace it and declared that the mechanism wasn’t fitted properly and was out of alignment thus overst... read more
