Ara came within promised time. He was very polite and solved the problems. He cleaned out his work place and checked to see if it was working properly. He had great insight about the situation.

After calling LA Wrench to fix a broken hose connector pipe in our front yard and having such a great experience (quick to respond, costs are reasonable, skilled at plumbing, a family business -very respectful and friendly) we had to call them a week later when we had a much bigger issue with our hot water continuously running (the needle in the street kept turning - wasting water and gas).
