We have hired Lance WInship repeatedly for the past 10+ years for various repair and construction jobs. His work is very high quality and his charge rate is fair. We live just off the ocean and every winter some shingles from our roof are blown off and were replaced by Lance. My husband and I have been working with Lance for over 12 years. From large jobs: shingling, installing sliders and windows to all the small jobs that create headaches: leaks, trim, steps - Lance has been our "go to guy" to get the project done right. It is great working with him.
Lance and his team recently finished our composite deck. Absolutely perfect! There are a lot of construction companies out there, but this is the guy you want! Lance was recommended to us by close friends. They have been very pleased with his work for 15 years. We called him and he responded promptly. He put up crown molding in an open area in our home that has many corners and some uneven ceilings. He worked diligently to make every thing fit perfectly.
