ZHALA only colored my roots when I asked to get my whole hair colored with a SLIGHTLY LIGHTER SHADE because she said I can't go any lighter than one shade so she agreed initially!!!! She did not even tell me she will only do the roots!!! Hope she gets her karma very soon!! The last time I came to this God forsaken salon with ZHALA as a staff member, I told them I would like my hair to go lighter in a copperish / brownish shade. I had a really great experience at La Vita Salon and Spa! Zhala did such a good job with my haircut — she listened to exactly what I wanted and made my hair look so fresh and healthy. Everyone was super welcoming and the salon had a really relaxing vibe. Definitely recommend booking with her!
