MASSAGE and WAX TORTURE – I had a horrible massage and eyebrow wax experience. I prefer a nice relaxing massage not something out of a Russian torture room. (where do they find these harsh women) I was facing down and the lady applied a significant amount of pressure on my back. I am petite and this kind of surprise caught me off guard. I could not relax the rest of the time and I would never go back. A waste of time and money. If you like pain and a nasty attitude then you will like it.
Decent – I went there today to get the Day of Beauty. I had some positives and some negatives. I started with a massage with Tania. It was amazing! I had a maternity massage at another spa last year when I was pregnant and it hurt, so I did not know how this was gonna go, but I am hooked! Overpriced – I had an appointment for an up-do as part of a bridal party. Went in with my curly hair already nicely styled (their manicurist even commented how nice it looked and was surprised when I told her I did it myself and was about to have it put up after she finished my nails). I asked to have it half up and half down and the stylist immediately raked her fingers through my curls which totally frizzed them out (she obviously was not experienced with curls). Awful – My experience there was horrible. I wish that there was an option for zero stars. I called on Sat, 5/16 and scheduled a maternity massage for Sun, 5/17. When I arrived, I was faced with strange stares from the staff and customers. I walked up to the receptionist, provided her with my name, appointment time and masseuse's name. However, I was told that I didn't have an appointment scheduled until JUNE 14th! What in the world? Simply Amazing – I went to La Vita Bella Salon yesturday ( i surprised my cousin for her birthday) for my first spa experiance. Im so happy I picked this place. Not only was it gorgeous inside and completly calming, but the service was great! I felt so welcomed and wanted there. Tanya gave me the most amazing full body massage ( which i needed very bad considering i just had a baby) , i still feel it today.. and Galina gave me my facial . My skin is so radiant and fresh. What a great place, ill be going back soon!
best mani pedi ever – i was recomended to la vita bella by a friend who had been going to stephanie for about a year. I was scheduled for a mani pedi and was extremely satisfied. Stephanie was professional and sweet and my nails are absolutely perfect!! I will definitely be back again.
Great service at very reasonable price. – I've been a customer of La Vita Bella since they opened. I have always been more than pleased with my services. I do hair and nails at LVB, and, have recently started to get massages. They do it all at LVB. They do it extremely well and are always accomodating and very cordial. Shoddy Pedicure at La Vita Bella – I had a gift certificate for a manicure and pedicure and had a horrible experience. Although I was admittedly slightly late (about 7 minutes) I was rushed through my pedicure which was completed shoddily in less than twenty minutes. The pedicurist Stephanie consistently got nail polish on my skin which she wiped off with her nails.
