I had the most bizarre and terrifying experience at this establishment today. I was in the neighborhood and wanted to get my eyebrows threaded and found this business on Google maps. I went in and asked if they had availability for eyebrow threading. I was the only customer there and there was one woman working as both reception and technician. Just moved to NYC and was so happy when I found Ana and La Virtu. Ana is the absolute best, couldn’t imagine going anywhere else. She makes the process painless and is such welcoming/warm person. I used to dread getting a wax and now I look forward to it!
