Our small, Pasadena based nonprofit needed a private place to hold interviews and La Villa Lake came to our rescue! The community room was perfect, and the manager Diane went above and beyond to ensure everything flowed smoothly. She even made fresh coffee for us! I was especially happy to see the building is dog friendly. And all of the residents greeted us with a smile - that’s the mark of a happy community!
I have resided here for two and a half years now. It's a 55-and-up apartment complex, so it's remarkably quiet. The residents are pleasant, and they generally maintain their privacy. I would recommend it to anyone seeking a peaceful and harmonious living environment. Local stores and public transportation are conveniently nearby.
I had a great application process and a great move in experience. Diane was so helpful and cordial. I recommend this place to my other coworkers. 5 stars for sure.
I I applied for a rental in this place after after giving a deposit and left in 2 weeks later I was told that I didn't qualify because I didn't make enough money even with my section 8 voucher I was denied, because I was told the rent just went up ! How strange, I had this happen at another apartment, the rent just all of a sudden when up ! dont trust people anymore !
The manager woman is EXTREMELY unprofessional. Not sure how she ended up with such position. The apartment is ok, but the hallways because it has carpet, holds all kinds of odor (dogs, marijuana, dirt, etc.). I would only consider living there again if they changed management. Not a good experience overall.
