First, I will say our event turned out amazing. We had a blast and the venue was decorated so beautifully. Leading up to our event there were many issues. Our event coordinator was a nice person but her heart and soul was just not in it. There was miscommunication and misunderstandings even up to the day of the event. But the one thing that was truly horrible about La Villa Event Center was the "owner" Dakota. He needs a lesson in customer service. We had our company party here and it was absolutely amazing!!!! We've done events for years and worked with so many venues in the past, yet La Villa Venue was the one that stood out the most. From the very first day we walked in to the final moments as our night was winding down, we were treated like royalty. All staff here is so nice, organized and on top of everything. I recently celebrated my daughter's Quinceañera at this venue, and it was an unforgettable experience. The place was beautifully decorated, exactly as my daughter had envisioned. On the day of the event, Alejandra, the coordinator, guided me through the timeline, ensuring everything went smoothly. Both Alejandra and Yair were exceptional in making sure the event was flawless.
