I recently celebrated my daughter's Quinceañera at this venue, and it was an unforgettable experience. The place was beautifully decorated, exactly as my daughter had envisioned. On the day of the event, Alejandra, the coordinator, guided me through the timeline, ensuring everything went smoothly. Both Alejandra and Yair were exceptional in making sure the event was flawless. I recently had my wedding at this venue on 11/16, and overall, it was an amazing experience. The wedding coordinator, bar services, emcee, photographer, videographer and food were all top-notch. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and did an outstanding job. However, the food service staff hired by the venue fell short. Unfortunately, several guests complained about rude service, delayed drinks, and even missed meals. This was disappointing, especially since I had assumed all vendors would provide excellent service.
