Happy with our home, we have been in our home now for 10 years and no issues with plumbing, electricity or foundation. Initially, there were little issues that required repair. It seems the beautiful wood cabinets and wooden front door were not properly "sealed" so there was a little more wear and tear early on than we would have expected. ***STAY AWAY FROM HOMES BUILT BY THESE PEOPLE*** They build homes with cheap material, and once you begin identifying problems for them to fix, you will get the run around. We have been told for months that someone was coming to fix the problems that we have with the home. We received texts stating the day and time they would show up, yet they never show.
