La Vigna is by far the best restaurant in Forest Hills. We have dinner there at least once a month and have never been disappointed by the excellent food or the welcoming staff. We have enjoyed Giuseppe Vitale's food since he cooked in Lydia's first restaurant Bounavia. The room is attractive, presentations very well done. There is no reason to waste your time or money trying other Metropolitan Ave restaurants, including Danny Brown (way over rated, not even pretty good). Stick to a winner- La Vigna.
The meals are consistently fresh. I always try to go here whenever my co-workers would want to go and eat out after office times. They seemed to like it in here when we went in here last Friday. The meals are consistently fresh.
