Stressful, confusing, miscommunicated, outdated information, took my booking but impossible to find the place, not at 515 Kent Street, not at 28 Lime Street, booking confirmation contained both addresses. Phone number provided in booking information appeared disconnected. No response to email addresses sent directly to the property. Did not call me once. All in all and appalling experience that wasted 3 hours of my life.
