First and foremost, Natalie Jones is incredibly talented at what she does. I came in to see her after a less than stellar experience at another boutique salon that left my hair in damaged shambles and she went above and beyond to give me the hair of my dreams. She exceeded my expectations ten-fold. When walking in for my consultation I was greeted by a cheerful smile and someone who could see and understand my anxiety I had with changing my hair.
