I strongly advise against using this company. They recently undertook a pool installation for our neighbor behind us and caused significant issues on our property. Firstly, they removed our neighbor’s side fence and improperly placed it against our fence, resulting in damage to our property. Additionally, they stole one of our straps that was attached to a rock on our side strip. When we approached our paying neighbor, he apologized and admitted that the company had damaged our fence. Building a pool can be stressful, but Lavida Pools made the whole process so much easier. Mario and his team were fantastic to deal with and always kept us informed. The team worked incredibly hard, and seeing our pool come together so quickly was amazing. The quality of workmanship is outstanding, and the finished pool looks even better than we imagined. Thank you to everyone involved – we genuinely appreciate all the effort that went into making our dream pool a reality. Highly recommend Lavida Pools to anyone considering ... read more
Lavida Pools did an excellent job building our Pool. Angie & Mario found solutions to our build and gave great advise. The Building went smoothly and the pool was built without any issues, additional costs or delays. The team worked hard and we still cant believe how quickly everything went from start to finish.
Very poor communication and unprofessionalism. Had a site inspection in october 2025 and was promised a quote back in a month, no response for months. Followed up multiple times through text, email and phone calls, couldnt even give us the courtesy of getting back to us. Dont waste your time with these guys Feedback from the buisness is incorrect. Multiple texts, phone calls and emails were sent before their xmas shutdown.
Nothing but great things to say about Mario and Angela, professional, responsive and great quality build.
