My husband and I visited this place on Christmas Eve, we were so happy we were able to be fitted in right before Christmas, Our lab tech was awesome! Our baby was refusing to cooperate and hiding his face during the 3D scan and she gave me a few breaks and helped him move his hands out of the way and she was able to snap images of him even smiling! Overall we had a great experience!
Very disappointing experience. They promote services on Facebook, but after you arrive and make the payment, they take you to a room without the proper sonogram equipment. Then they start accusing you of being rude or misbehaving and ask you to leave. When I requested to see CCTV footage as proof, they refused and instead threatened to call the police. I love the experience here! Super professional staff and such a cute room ❤️ we also got the Christmas holiday special, that included a little Christmas ornament of our baby! Definitely recommend Rachel & Christine!
We really enjoyed our experience here with Rachel! She made me feel welcomed and comfortable, I got to see my baby boy and she explained with detail what we were looking at as she showed us. Thank you for trying different methods to try and get baby in the best positions for our memories.
Rachel was fantastic! We were eager and nervous but thanks to her keen eye and well-trained hand we left feeling super excited yet calm. Lovely service and beautiful facility, will be back again and again!
