The customer service at La Vez has been exemplary! I was very happy with one of their skin care products and bought a year supply. After 4 days my skin got very red and sensitive. I sent back the product and they were wonderful. They gave me a full refund. I will definitely return.
Eva is wonderful!! You can feel confident knowing that you will be taken care of if something goes wrong. (It was a rare fluke, but the device I purchased was defective.) Eva assured me that is would be taken care of, and it was. The device was replaced immediately and Eva even communicated with me on her day off.
