Dr. Goolsby was 100% unprofessional, start to finish. He could not explain to me what he was going to do or how his method worked, and whatever he did made my issue far worse. When I called to cancel my next appointment (with 24 hours notice), and asked why, I told him I was unsatisfied and my issues were worse. He got quite angry when I said I was going to go to a doctor, instead. I would not recommend him AT ALL, especially with such a sensitive area as your neck, back, and spine.
