I requested for the first time since I moved here, a parking sticker for my car but your personnel refused to provide me with one, I requested a temporary one instead and she also refused to give me one of those, she wasn’t helpful or polite at all, she ask me to register as visitor even though I am the only person on my lease agreement!! They definitely have to be removing all negative reviews because there’s no way these apartment complex are 4 star quality. Pluming here sucks, toilets and tubs are always getting clogged. I recently moved here and this is the fourth time my room has been overflowed by nasty doodoo water. If I unclog my toilet I clog the neighbors, and if he unclogs his, it comes back to mine… ITS INSANE.
