If I could leave 0 stars, I would. We rented a limousine for my grandmother's 80th birthday party. We selected the Porsche limousine and had already paid, and was told 40 minutes before the pickup that it was no longer avaliable because the air wasn't working. So we ended up having to settle for the Hummer limousine instead with no partial refund given the fact it wasn't the vehicle my grandmother chose.
