My house is built in 1967. It has all copper plumbing. I love my copper. So, when I needed to plumb in a by-pass junction and a charcoal filter system for my water softener I wanted this new plumbing to also be in copper. Menards had everything I needed in either copper solder fittings or Sharkbites. The problem began in the assembly.
