Went to book an appointment with dr chiu. He was really rude and unhelpful when i tried asking him questions. Tried to ask him where i should book an appointment for a ultrasound and he just told me to figure it out myself then showed me out the door. Doctors should be helping patients not rushing them out the door. Very unprofessional, someone needs to do something about him.
The doctor was very rude. The doctor told me that i have mental problems even though im just trying to tell them that i have a flu but no mental problems. What a bloody joke
I attended the appointment because I was feeling unwell and also wanted to discuss how my health was affecting my ability to attend an class. Unfortunately, I felt that I was not given enough opportunity to explain my concerns. Dr Hin Chiu is the most supportive and considerate GP i’ve seen in Melbourne CBD for the last 10 years. He stays on top of your medical records and looks out for his patients in all sorts of ways!
Doctor Hin Chiu was the worst GP i have ever seen. While I was describing symptoms very politely, he kept rudely interrupting me saying why did you come see me and not go to your other doctors? I paid over 160 dollars for this consultation because of an ongoing allergic issue i had for few months. His attitude towards me was unacceptable and unprofessional, and he seemed annoyed the whole time.
