EMBARRASSING!! I purchased Christmas gifts for my fiancé from this company and UPS delivered the initial order damaged (see attached) so it had to be returned. I wasn’t able to gift it for Christmas. The replacement order received contained molded bread (see attached). The second package came as if they re-delivered the first one.

I ordered as a gift for colleagues over 20 boxes… my first issue is that they don’t list the size of the product so what receive will be a surprise. Almost half of the boxes arrived damaged andI was missing items. I had to reach out multiple times until they finally reached back out. Fortunately they were able to send me new boxes and replaced the missing items. Surprisingly though, they never apologized, took responsibility or accommodated for the inconvenience. I ordered food gifts for family ahead of time for Christmas 2024 and although they say they can't guarantee a date they sent them extremely early on the 11th of Dec. to arrive the 13th. I would have never ordered from them if I knew it was going to arrive that early prior to Christmas. Customer service was terrible and put the blame on me. I called and was taken to school about how they work rather than understanding that I'm downright embarrassed to be sending a food gift 2 weeks prior to Christmas!
