Completely unreliable. Server issues for over a week now, reports not being sent out, and ZERO communication, explanations or apologies. We have to keep hunting them down to find out where our reports are. They are asking us to drive across town, pay in person (won't take the card over the phone) for a VERBAL report as they have no way to send them??? Multimillion dollar real estate transactions on the line and this is putting our business and reputation in jeopardy.
