Just dont deal with them. Very unprofessional and they will ghost you. Only way to get them to respond is to blow them up with messages and emails. Calling and speaking to their overseas CSR's dont help at all. Just stay away, they overcharge for fees anyway. Just go to turbotax and file. Im so ****** I wasted WEEKS with them not responding and being super unprofessional via email. My experience with LA TAX was a pretty good one, from a customer and employee standpoint. They are a steady growing company, who strives to operate with integrity and excellence. If you want to learn the about the tax industry with the option to start your own business, I recommend LA Tax & Associates. They also offer other services for your business or personal needs.
Unprofessional. Would never recommend to anyone. She doesn't respond to text or calls in a reasonable time. She refuses to help if the *** feels more information is needed. I didn't even get my return and it has been froze for months.. now I hear they are building a case. That's what happens when you claim people as employees just to get that tax credit.
