Frustrated that I was unable to use an offer currently promoted on their site. Website promoted a $25 spray tan if you sign up for text messages. I did so and waited in the store to try three different phone numbers, none of which received a coupon link. Instead of working around it and honoring their offer- I was told that there's nothing they could do without the text link. Without the coupon it's $45. For. A. Spray. Tan. Puh-lease. That's like nine 7B's... See you, LA tan- Maybe in LA but not in my world.
Awesome service
I went here this morning to get a spray tan with the college student special that makes it $25 instead of $50. The website did not say that I needed my student ID. It just said that I needed to be under 21 years old. I am 20 and I showed the front desk my spring semester that I am currently enrolled in and you can see that it’s recent and has my name on it. But they made me pay $50 anyway. I also even signed up for rewards on the website because it said I would receive a $25 spray tan and I never received a text or anything.
Went in for what I thought was a VersaSpa spray tan. Clearly this is not what I got out of the versa spray booth. Versa has never made me orange before in Chicago. I believe the spray has been changed out with something cheap, beauty industry quality in Florida is known to be lacking! My skin feels dry. Don’t waste your money unless you want to be orange like me! Versa spa makes you brown not ORANGE
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I hadn't been to LA Tan in Palm Bay in a long time, and I was really impressed with the upgrades! The salon looks great—very nice and clean. Jade was absolutely amazing—so knowledgeable and helpful. She answered all my questions and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the process. The whole experience was fantastic, and I highly recommend LA Tan for anyone looking for top-notch service and a welcoming atmosphere!
