NEVER GO HERE. I had a terrible experience. I purchased a package and when I came back a week later to use they said this was not in their system. I told them the exact date and time I purchased package and told them I can prove it by pulling up my debit/credit account. The girl at front desk was the most rude person and kept telling me it is not her problem and I would have to come back and talk to the manager. I went to spray tan, for my first time.....pretty scary, but the girls all helped and assured I would look great and I do!
Helpful, friendly staff and the salon is clean. Seems like they keep the same employees for awhile, which I think says something about their business. They've got my vote.
The staff are very rude not to mention half of them wear pajamas to work. Half the time their beds aren't working properly and their beds are dirty! Find a different tanning salon!
I have used this company on and off for a about a year. I live in Indiana and California. I usually just paid per session.I did join them for a 1 month trial last summer 2011. I was talked into joining again by one of the girls there in February 2012. I told her I lived in California too and that I was going there in the middle of March for a couple weeks and she told me I could put my membership on hold while I was away. Such a friendly atmosphere, very clean, & very well kept. They are all very professional & know what they're talking about.
I have been tanning with LA TAN forever. They have an AWESOME & EDUCATED staff, Cheapest unlimited tanning , Bulbs are always changed, and have the best technology of tanning available in town :)
They dont ever deserve a whole star... I have worked in tanning salons in the past and know how proper cleaning and customer service should be handled. I have heard personally from a staff member they dont clean the top acrylics... The staff is very rude and unfriendly. They seem very uneducated about the lotions and details on the beds. If you tan here just make sure its clean before you lay down. GROSS
I just moved to Troy, and needed a place to tan. I walked into LA tan and everyone there was so helpful! They always are so nice whenever I come in, and always try to help me better my tan by offering me different lotions and other ideas. I was impressed. Not to mention that the prices aren't bad either :)
